Jessica is wonderful! My second appointment with her and she has been a delight both times. She was very prompt and professional while still being kind and comforting in a medical atmosphere. I’m sorry to leave a poor review but an error was made and even though I did my renewal interview timely in June, went to the local dispensary with my documents timely, I am still waiting for notification from the Stare that my renewal is complete. Extremely disappointing

I was taken back that I felt Michelle remembered me. Considering this process is annual, I felt more recognized as a patient than I often do at doctors I see locally. She spoke easily, in a friendly manner, always being sure any questions were answered or there was space available to ask questions.
