Great experience

I’m sorry to leave a poor review but an error was made and even though I did my renewal interview timely in June, went to the local dispensary with my documents timely, I am still waiting for notification from the Stare that my renewal is complete. Extremely disappointing

I was taken back that I felt Michelle remembered me. Considering this process is annual, I felt more recognized as a patient than I often do at doctors I see locally. She spoke easily, in a friendly manner, always being sure any questions were answered or there was space available to ask questions. There was a sequential order to the call but it did not feel robotic at all. I recognized it from my working days and applaud her sincerity as she spoke and listened. In life isn’t that what we’d all like. She’s a valuable asset to your company. I look forward to to speaking to her next year.

Michele was very kind and understanding while we talked about products I tried but on one regular basis to find out the full effect it had on me. We talked about the effects on me versus taking the car out. Also, she suggested calling others Rise stations to find Balm soothing cream which I have not been able to get in Branford. Great conversation. She is great!
