Quick and easy

Jessica is simply the best whenever it comes time to renew my card each year. She is timely, professional, and very pleasant during our virtual appointments. If I have any questions/ concerns she addresses them and provides me with the answers I am looking for. Thank you Jessica!

I was taken back that I felt Michelle remembered me. Considering this process is annual, I felt more recognized as a patient than I often do at doctors I see locally. She spoke easily, in a friendly manner, always being sure any questions were answered or there was space available to ask questions. There was a sequential order to the call but it did not feel robotic at all. I recognized it from my working days and applaud her sincerity as she spoke and listened. In life isn’t that what we’d all like. She’s a valuable asset to your company. I look forward to to speaking to her next year.
