We are no longer only telemedicine, we now have a walk-in location as well to offer more services for our patients!
In April 2024 we opened Connecticut’s FIRST medical marijuana resource center.
A provider is always available to meet with you and answer your questions about cannabis as a medical option.
We offer:
• Walk-in medical card exams
• Assistance completing the state paperwork
• Assistance getting medical records from previous providers
• Private consultations regarding a custom cannabis plan that is RIGHT for YOU!
• Dispensary field trips- a cannabis specialist will accompany you to a dispensary and help you feel comfortable and get the most out of the experience. We will assist and guide you with navigating the system and choosing the best products for your symptoms.
